Szechenyi thermal bath in Budapest is the largest medicinal bath in Europe.
Components of the thermal water include sulphate, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate and a significant amount of metaboric acid and fluoride. Medical studies indicate that the baths have curative properties and may help mitigate degenerative joint illnesses, chronic and sub-acute joint inflammation, as well as being a treatment for orthopaedic and post-traumatic conditions.
This is a series of seven 35mm film photos made with a Fed 5 and Industar 55mm lense. The film was a Kentmere B&W with 400 ISO.
